We contacted TruGreen to help restore our lawn finding the service men who have come the past 2 days were very pleasant, professional hopefully all they are doing will help restore our lawn

Our appointment with Tru green today was excellent. Kyle G. Provided us with excellent service. He explained everything that he was going to do, what he noticed and what he had done to help solve the problems that we are dealing with and I just want you guys to know just what a great asset Kyle G. Is to your company. If there is any way that we could make him our service tech from this day forward, that would be awesome.

They always send someone when you request service. The agent took the time to address my concerns and explain what he was going to do. The lawn has had its "why are we paying for this?" moments, but they always send someone to fix it, just like with pest control. My one complaint is the automated system—they send a text when the agent is supposed to arrive, but it’s never accurate. It’ll say "arriving soon," and two and a half hours later, no one. The agent today said the only text he sends is "arrived," while everything else is computer-generated. He also mentioned, "I’m two hours early because you were scheduled for..."... read full review
