    Find a different company to manage your property.

    Allow me to clarify a few points you mislead with your responses.

    Rentifi Response -Our records show that inspection reports and documentation were provided, though not as promptly as you expected. We acknowledge this delay and are taking steps to improve our processes to ensure timely delivery in the future.

    MP Response -About a year late with your reports and multiple requests for them. Is almost a year late considered not as promptly? Maybe you should change the time frame in your contracts.

    Rentifi Tenant damages were fully documented, and their entire security deposit was returned to you to help address these issues. Unfortunately, further disputes regarding tenant behavior or damages often require legal action directly between the property owner and tenant, which is outside the scope of our management services.
    MP - I addressed Tenant damages MONTHS before the end of her lease and nothing was done by Rentifi to correct this. I had to tell Rentifi of things that were going on at the property.

    Rentifi- We consistently communicated with you regarding the property’s condition and followed up on your concerns. While we regret that our efforts did not align with your expectations, we did act within our role as property managers to address the challenges presented.

    MP- Far from accurate on this. None of my requests for tenant damages were followed up, they let her live there many more months until her lease was up. I expected better, and you did not deliver the most basic of correcting the tenant problems or give notice, just let her continue to live there. Or even hold the tenant accountable to the lease she had with you.

    Rentifi - We understand how important it is to feel supported by your property management team, and we apologize if our service fell short in any way. Your feedback will help us refine our processes to better serve our clients in the future.

    MP - Fell short is an understatement. Do better for anyone choosing you. My experience was lousy, and you know that. You have all the documentation, times of reports, emails, and pictures that prove it. Stop trying to guild or lessen the poor job you did with managing my property.

    Horrible, I’m a realtor and couldn’t get ahold of one person with this company finally went through the website to make an appointment confirmed multiple times and no lockbox number. I called the office spoke to someone she was no help she sent me someone else’s number no response these people are a joke.

    Kim was exceptional to work with from day one! It has been a month since I have been in my new place and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience with a property rental company. It started with Kim, and has led to other like Dezarae and Christian. I couldn't recommend them enough!

    I really had a great experience, the most important thing for us clients is that they answer the phone quickly and they did, I submitted my rental application and they were quite flexible despite my situation, I had no problems with the language Because I barely told them Cristian, who did not speak English, was very kind and called me back, and Miss Alex, who was also very professional, helped me a lot with the translation and gave me a lot of advice. Without her, I really wouldn't have been able to do my process. They are a great team. work, Thank you Cristian for your help and carry out this entire process.
