I have had dry eye my whole adult life and it got worse about a year ago. I was going to my regular eye doctor but the improvement was too little. I decided to look for more aggressive treatments and I found there was a machine to treat it. I search for a practice that offered that treatment, and that's how I found this practice near me. Dr. Bascome is great. His treatment made a huge difference with my dry eye. Finally a relief. His approach is more updated than my regular doctor (i.e. he is recommending hypochlorous acid to clean your eyes, instead of baby shampoo, which is no longer recommended). I highly recommend and only have positive things to say about Dr. John Bascomb and his assistant Kaitlin At the front desk, Donna and Annique are very welcoming and friendly...... And, the office is very clean and comfortable!
