My life is much easier ever since I found Adelina and Dr. Gopalan. Adelina understands how to run a doctor’s office. From day one I saw her interact with the staff and patients and I knew she had everything under control. I trust her with all my daughter’s paperwork, records, files. She knows how to speak to patients and address their concerns. She is respectful and knowledgeable. Her compassion and understanding are humanizing. Every visit is as good as it can be. The entire stuff is very friendly and ready to help and answer any questions. Every person that sees my child leaves a good impression on her, so she has no problem visiting the clinics.
My daughters nurse was amazing. She distracted her by telling her to count the spots on the wall she wouldn’t start crying and freaking out and it worked like a charm. My daughter only hesitated after she felt the pinch and she didn’t cry. Her nurse made it so easy. She was very nice and caring and she didn’t want to ruin my daughters fun day we had planned. She also called the shots “muscle pinch” not needles. Really helped.
