Best tattoo artist and shop in Lee and Collier County! Chad is extremely talented, professional and hilarious. Over 25 years of experience whether its new art, touch up or cover up he's amazing at everything. Had a birthday event there and we all felt comfortable, not rushed and treated like family. Can't wait to go back.

I approached Top Hat about 2 weeks ago. I have been around the block a few times. Was not impressed with a few tattoo parlors here in the Cape. But, Chad and Michelle are so incredible! Talented, creative, and very kind and courteous. I thoroughly enjoyed how Chad took the vision and image of my tattoo onto my forearm, and it was truly amazing. It takes a lot to get to know and trust the person doing the work. But they really bring it home by the level of quality and creativeness. Truly love them!Thank you so very much for making this permanent artwork so meaningful!I highly recommend Top Hat!Cheers!
