We were considering laying new tile in master bath because we just couldn't get the floor clean. Bill was wonderful and he did a great job. Our tiles and grout look wonderful now. We were also given some tips on what to do and not to do to clean grout. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends.
Bill is a true professional. My wife and I purchased a new home and scheduled with him to come do all the floors. He took the time to reconfirm the appointment, showed up on time and ready, completed the job for exactly what he quoted, and it looks great. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and a pleasure to work with.
Steam Masters saved the day! I purchased a home and the past owners had cats. The smell of urine was in the grout, I called Steam Master, Bill came the same day. After Steam Masters cleaned the tile, the smell was gone.
