Was taken back right at my appointment time. The staff and Dr were nice and friendly, they took care cleaning my teeth. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is they always seem to find something else to charge you for, this visit it was an additional 3 xrays, my insurance only pays for 4. So, I had to take the additional $65 out of my pocket. Unfortunately, they don't tell you about it until they've done the xrays and you go to leave.
The dental work was good, but the initial visit for my crown took too long. You were over booked or under staffed. That is one suggestion for improvement . Your staff was cordial.
I’m 71. I was nervous about having my teeth deep cleaned today because of a previous painful dental experience years ago.My hygienist today was so calming, friendly and supportive I settled in to endure the worst.SURPRISE! This was an absolutely painless and comfortable experience.I left smiling and so happy to make my next appointment!*My 3rd visit:Today I had 3 fillings and an extraction. I cannot express how different my past experiences years ago are compared to present day and THIS dental office. I actually napped while waiting for the numbing agent.
