I have ordered supplies from the grooming lounge website and found that they have paramount customer service. They stand behind every product they sell and are not happy until the customer is happy. You don't see that too much these days. You can shop with confidence from them and know that they are a great company. I've never visited one of the retail locations because there none in my area so I cannot speak about that:)
This was my first time taking my Grandpa who has Alzheimer's disease. Rico was amazingly patient. His skin feels so soft an grandpa started smiling. Thank you for giving me the old grandpa back. Rico you have a permanent customer. I'm eternally grateful
I have been coming here for cuts from Renata for five years. Not the cheapest (but you can save with the 6-pack). But they get it right. And Renata is a fantastic stylist. Their products are also good, especially their own shampoo. Look out for 2 for 1 deals in store
