Ann is super nice & helpful. She does need a bigger space, hence the clutter but I'm not judging. Pretty sure she's running it by herself, so I'd suggest people give the establishment some grace lol.
I dont have ocd but the level of anxiety being in this store gave me was unreal! Stuff on top of stuff and she couldn't show me any selection because there is so much clutter everywhere. She tried to sell me a ponytail on display saying it had never been worn. Umm everyone has had their hands in that hair and why is it on display if you don't have the actual hair. She seemed really sweet but she needs to give away or throw out at least half the store for it to be a shoppable experience.
I’m sorry but this place looks worst in person literally and on the door it says sale but it’s a lie. She literally tried to charge me 30 dollars for outre spring twist hair…. Outrageous
