We began our pediatric journey with Dr. Thomas N. Fromson, who was absolutely wonderful—so loving and attentive. I truly wish we could have stayed with him, but his schedule didn’t align with ours, as Monday mornings work best for us.
Afterward, we saw another pediatrician, but I wasn’t satisfied with the level of care. One thing that stood out to me was that she wasn’t a mother yet, and trust me, that makes all the difference when choosing a pediatrician. There’s a unique level of understanding and empathy that comes from someone who has experienced parenthood themselves.

We've been taking our kids to West Hartford Pediatrics for a few years now and have been pleased with the quality of their care. They aren't open on the weekends, so we sometimes have to go to a different provider. The team at West Hartford Pediatrics was notified about our appointment with the other provider and followed up with us to make sure we were taken care of and answer any questions we may have. I don't believe I've seen this level of service from any doctor I've ever had. It's very impressive, and we really appreciate it!

Only accepting newborns as new patients (obviously bc they're the most profitable). Newborns have more frequent appointments than anyone else. Seems a little unethical to only accept patients that give the highest ROI.
