I was so impressed on my first visit by the cleanliness of the gym and the friendliness of the owner, Jeff. I observed him motivating the person he was training and making sure the client had proper form. There were people of different ages and abilities. I felt welcome and did not feel judged. I highly recommend this gym and Jeff as a personal trainer. He will create workouts to help you reach your personal goals!
I started at Excel Fitness as I won a 3 month membership and some personal training in an auction. I started working out with Jeff once a week. Just once a week. Without changing anything else, I have lost 2% of my body fat. Excellent results! Flexible availability and real results.
This is a great clean intimate facility. They have all of the modern equipment that you need to have a successful work out. They have several treadmills, barbells, weightlifting equipment and much more. They even offer personal training and almost 24 hour access to the gym. The only small thing is that the water fountain does not put out enough water to properly fill your bottle. And I don't drink Dasani which was offered from a vending machine. So bring your own water bottles in my opinion. Worth coming to get a nice workout with a large crowd.
