    Robert Taylor has taken my child’s preschool pictures the last two years. I have no complaints regarding last year except that I paid for all 3 photos and they sent me the same photo 3 times despite seeing in their system I selected all 3. Their website is very faulty at best and they should reconfigure that issue as it occurred yet again this year and the owner told me that I chose the same photo twice. Sir, how could I have possibly chosen the same photo twice and it’s only generated as one of however many photos were taken. Which leads me onto this years photo debacle. The background was stark white and the children were placed on a stark white staircase that was dinged up and dirty. 2 “poses” were taken and were basically identical to any random person looking. The only difference between the two photos was that her hair was shifted ever so slightly in the back. For the outrageous price of $75 for 2 digital downloads, I EXPECT a more detailed backdrop or at the bare minimum for his staff to clean up the bland white staircase. I foolishly paid the $75 for both photos and regret my decision. Happy this was the last year we have to spend this amount of money on something that seemed like an afterthought to the company. $75 for a white backdrop and dirty staircase. Please do better in the future.

    School photos are a bit expensive as expected but when my order got lost in the mail RTP promptly mailed out replacements no questions asked. A+ customer service.

    We were so impressed by the quality of our child's Pre-K portraits by Robert Taylor Photography. It's not easy to capture a 4 year old on film and they did it with such nuance!! I just had to come give him a review. You can tell how experienced and skilled he is and how comfortable he makes the kiddos to take such a natural great photo.

    Unbearably rude and discriminatory against people with disabilities. I’m the neighbor of a person with numerous disabilities who couldn’t figure out how to book her daughters school portrait online. First, her daughter, a person with disabilities, and her teacher couldn’t figure it out at school. She came home and told Mom she had to do it instead. So second, I came over to help. 30 minutes into clicking forward to get to the date they needed the site reloaded to the beginning in error. At that point we called AS WRITTEN ON THE PHOTOGRAPHY PAGE if you have issues. We got voicemail. I left one. The woman returned the call a day later and was SOOOOO RUDE! She spoke badly of my neighbors disabilities to me, including that “she just doesn’t understand anything” and I was done with the photography studio at that point. She should be fired for cause immediately for discrimination. The photography woman blamed it on the school, the internet, the website, my neighbor. The THIRD time we tried it took over 25 minutes to get back to the same page. The page is set up entirely wrong with no ability to go to a date without flipping through the hundred or so pages of the MONTHS OF DATES PRIOR!!!! When I spoke to my neighbor later, without telling her my experience on the phone, she volunteered that the woman was “so awful and rude!” She told me about the conversation and how the woman hung up on her!!!!! Let me close again by saying this woman should be fired immediately and no school district should use this company. We will both be calling our school district to end this relationship.

    I ordered school pictures of my daughter and they sent me someone elses daughter. also you can only order one child at a time. why cant I pay and order both kids in one transaction? this place is ridiculous and I hope the school goes back to the normal photographer next year. only bad experiences here.

    I placed an order via online , selected the pictures we wanted an paid for them. The pictures arrive an a photo was missing.No reply to my emails an no return call from my voicemail. When I called again the woman was beyond rude.She then told me that is was our fault the picture didn’t come. Yet when she pulled up my order she saw I ordered what was missing but still said it was our fault , even though it’s their online setup.Told us the only way to resolve this is to now drive there with the extra photo she sent us an she will give us the correct photo.Overall she was extremely rude an definitely not customer friendly

    Purchased preschool photos. Prints and digital downloads. They never sent the the digital files. Called several times and asked for owner to call me back and he never did. Sent several emails and received one word responses that did not help. They finally forwarded low resolution blurry copies of the photos that I can't do anything with. I called again and asked to have them sent and was told they will, but they never did. Tired of calling them. Steer clear if you can
