    I missed my appointment yesterday... I have no idea why the date was washed away from my brain. This appointment is very important for my canada visa. I cried all the night. I thought it will take me longer time to schedule a new appointment, so I went on the following day.I want to say I am forever grateful to the Man in the front desk, he let me do the biometrics immediately. Thank you a lot Sir. You made my day!

    Unfortunately for my luck today the 28th I showed up to my appointment , after talking to the assistant in the front desk I realize my appointment was for the 27th meaning my appointment was past due . I had lost track of my days and I totally understood my bad decision . I was advised to call the reschedule department to make another appointment. So I left the building with absolutely no hope and thinking to myself ( I’m going to have to wait months for another date ) this gentleman Daniel F Kline came out of his office , followed me to the parking lot where I was sitting and understood my situation and approve my appointment for todays date .     Confusing address when you follow the google, Just look for the Subway and Pro nails shop it is same building location. Staff are friendly , the place is not busy , there are just 2 people ahead of me and I was finish in less than 15 minutes. Ample parking outside.

You do not need to reach out to the Contact Center for rescheduling. USCIS offices do not allow walk-ins. You must have an appointment to visit an office. Please use the self-help tools on our website to learn more about USCIS or your application. We have enacted precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in reopened facilities. Federal law prohibits weapons like firearms, knives, pepper spray, and ammunition at any USCIS facility. Even if you have a permit for a firearm, you cannot bring it to a USCIS building. Violators may be subject to fine and/or imprisonment.
