Update: I received a phone call from the manager the following day who explained how several delivery trucks had broken down or stuck in the storm. She immediately arranged for delivery despite the deep snow along with an apology from her on the company’s behalf.

Scott and Rob went above and beyond in every sense of the word. My wife and I made a mistake and didn’t check our oil level before a snowstorm, and by the time we realized it, it was already after business hours.
I was able to reach out to Scott from a previous interaction, and despite not being required to be working, he took the time that evening to help us and coordinate a same-night delivery. Superman Rob ? shot over and got us filled up. The relief my wife and I felt was truly priceless.

I called and spoke with Mallory Roco today because I needed to fill my tank up for the fall and she also gave me a much needed discount off my propane bill, which was much appreciated She was also very knowledgeable and Offered me a lot of things that I didn’t know I qualified for or could get. I highly recommend this company.
