If you are a prospective customer and looking at these reviews before making your decision, pay attention to the 20-plus 1-star reviews. These people are not lying. BioScrip has THE WORST customer service of any business I've ever had to deal with. The nurse who came for the home visit was wonderful. But if you have an issue after that, this office will give you a word salad of all the excuses why they can't do what you're asking. Run away!

Never have I ever had such difficulty trying to pay a bill. I owe these people money and I swear they don't want it. I've talked to 3 people today who claim I don't owe any money when my insurance says the claim is processed and I owe them $250. All the while I know for a fact I do owe them money, my insurance made that very clear they are not covering the bill. Are they deliberately not sending me a bill so they can make more money with surprise late fees? It is the only thing that makes sense. I strongly urge anyone to take heed of this company's awful reviews and avoid them at all costs.

Just started a c-pap machine in January. The rep who showed me how to use the machine was helpful and friendly. Since then, I've been really disappointed and irritated regarding the lack of service. I went on the website they instructed to set up regular deliveries of c-pap supplies. I was supposed to receive an email back with further instructions that never came. I was called and told to call the Cromwell office, which I did.....4 or 5 times with NO response - had to leave voicemails every time and never got any return calls. Ended up having to order filters on Amazon because I couldn't reach anyone and after a month, it was time to change the filter. I saw my doctor...read full review
