I had a wonderful experience at Olinger Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery – Crown Hill. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly warm and professional. Genesis in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I felt supported from start to finish.
She is kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the families and community she serves. The recent Día de los Muertos event showed how much this cemetery honors culture, remembrance, and connection. Everything was beautifully organized. I highly recommend working with Genesis and the team here for anyone looking for compassionate, respectful, and attentive service.

I've only dealt with one mortuary, but this encounter was great. They held him without no payment until I can actually get the money for cremation. And all they said is just come. And check-in on us, every once in a while. To make to let us know that you're still here for your loved one. And I did, and everything worked out great. So a big shout out to crown. Hill cemetery, thank you.

10/17, Fri- we met w/ Madalyn Neff today for my Dad's funeral services next week. She is understanding, professional, and knows her job! She is very cordial, engaging, and helpful w/ my Mom's wishes today. We appreciate her!! However, Crystal wasn't very professional, closed off, and expressed negative energy! She definitely needs to work on her people skills, job understanding, and puts a black eye on your company. The maximum effectiveness of an Excuse is Zero. My Mom, Cecilia Dones is a very classy lady and apologized to her, while Crystal displayed no decency. Amazing, she has a job w/ Olingers.

23 years ago, my family had a sudden and shocking death of my older brother, David. He was only 28 at that time and it was tragic.
I truly appreciate that I have had this place to go to since 2002 to reflect on my brother's life. His resting place is right next to the park on the far west end of the property. Such a lovely veiw of the mountains from there. Anytime I visit, I'm never interrupted in my thoughts as its a nice quiet place to reflect.
So much history here with headstones dating back to the early 1900's. Thank you for keeping the grounds cleaned and landscaped for a peaceful setting.

In times of loss, the best thing is communication. Olinger/Crown Hill/Dignity knocked it out of the park. There wasn't anything that did not get discussed, and if we missed it, or had a question, they were on top of it with answers.

Poor .still waiting for head stone. 3 weeks later. We have put in a complaint i have the paperwork when I planned this year's ago. My mother passed so I went in to go through. What I had plannedfor. They made a mistake on where she was suppose to be buried and told me I had to change the head stone I paid for. No I'm am sorry this happened there mistake. Just Arun around. Not very professional or nice. To bad it was already paid for I would have changed it. Thankful she's with the Lord,but I should not be going through this.we are now in 5 weeks

Please, for the love of God, I've never used your service and neither has my family. I don't even know why you people keep contacting me at my parents address of all places or how you even got my information. Please stop mailing and texting me advertisements. I'm not dying any time soon and even if I did, I'd rather rot in a ditch than use your service at this point. I've called and texted for y'all to please. Just. Stop. No pregnant woman in her right mind is gonna plan a funeral before a baby shower. I'm picking out cradles, not coffins. Jesus Christ, please leave me alone.
I ran out of options except to leave a review since contacting your business directly doesn't seem to be working. I'll consider deleting the review if you can leave me alone for at least a year, please.

Crown hill is fairly larger site serving north west part of Denver.
It's a bit more open compared to Fairmount in the east side. Not as many passing by as the Crown Hill lake and park are separated from this ground.
