Greg at Synergy has been a breath of fresh air. After a long and tiring journey navigating health care bureaucracy, Greg and Synergy have been so so helpful for my family. We felt like we were treated like neighbors. We called him in a limbo state, confused with how to get covered home health aid. Greg personally helped me figure out the right people to call, and now we have a ton of support for my mom. He followed up regularly to check in on her as the administrative process unfolded, and was at the house within 24 hrs after she got home from the hospital. So warm and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Bed on main floor very comfortable. Even though it got close to 90 degrees house didn't get warm. As a cleaner (previously owned my own house cleaning business) there were things that should not be there for a $450 cleaning fee. Spider webs on fireplace smoke stack. Spider webs on dining room light fixture.. none of the wall art had been dusted. Shower head caked with water deposit. Dog nose smear on dining room window. We found evidence carpet was not very well cleaned under furniture. But I'm very picky on these things. As a whole very impressed with house and will definitely... read full review

My experience with Synergy and Lori has been a positive one in a very trying time of life for my mom and our family. Synergy's billing process and communication has been top notch. Someone is always available to answer a question or help in anyway that they can. I definitely recommend this company.
