After meeting with Morgan Achterhoff (PA) I become more comfortable. Morgan explained the procedure and all the steps including helping me understand the regenerative process. Regan is outstanding because she communicates clearly what the procedure will feel like and what you will feel before, during and after. She also makes it clear that she is available if you have questions or concerns.Melanie was wonderful and accessible. She was very approachable and helpful with her own experience.The Dr. ? Had a GREAT bedside manner and really helped with his personal touch during the bone marrow extraction. Which is quite painful, but he gets you through it fast, and with expertise.The lab techs and the appt desk people are all friendly and pleasant!
I have been experiencing pain in my left hip for several years and did not like the idea of surgery and decided to try QC Kinetix as an alternative and wow! I have received 4 of my 5 injections and I feel that I am definitely on my way to recovery.
