The housekeepers at our apt building maintaining a clean environment. Andrei has an eye for detail and making sure our yard and laundry room are clean. And to boot, she is very friendly. I hope the leadership at BRC recognizes her hard work, work ethic and professionalism.

Yeah, I see alot of negative comments around these guys. Can't speak for others,but I've been living in one of their Apts for a year,as of this month. Yes, at times I have an issue getting a call back,but maintenance is not one of them. Apt is good, maintenance is correct and this place is safe,friendly and consistent. Of course I'm a grown ass man,originally from the south,with multiple degrees, I case someone has a redneck antic...... we,don't whine,nor complain about regular stuff that happens on an everyday process of moving forward in life.these guys listen, act, correct or engage in keeping an area,where I'm welcome-safe and informed.
