Teresa is a fantastic acupuncturist! I originally went in because I was feeling low on energy and a bit burnt out from work. After a few sessions, I noticed a real improvement — I feel more energized and balanced. Teresa has also helped relieve tension in my hamstring, and we’re now working on my hip, which has taken a beating from years of playing rugby, hockey, and competitive volleyball. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about helping her clients feel their best.
Acupuncture with Teresa at Whole Health Center in Highlands Ranch has given me my life back. I've had problems with my left foot for about 18 months. I had been to several doctors and specialists prior to trying acupuncture, and nobody was able to treat me successfully. Working with Teresa has taken away my pain and literally allowed me walk again. Her care has given me back a normal level of activity and my quality of life. If you struggle with literally anything in life or you just want/need a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle, Teresa is the person to go see. Trust me, you won’t regretted. From the first session with her, my sleep improved substantially and my anxiety is literally gone doing weekly sessions with her. She is not only an absolutely incredible practitioner, she has the kindest soul & best energy. Don’t walk, run! You’re going to thank yourself!
