I first booked an appointment with Clyde to help my husband with myofascial release but after my husband came back with such positive feedback, I had to try for myself. I normally get spa style massages but since seeing Clyde and feeling true tension release, his style is now my preference. He tailors each massage to fit my and my husbands needs. He offers more focused sports style massage as well as full body destressing massages. And he is very reasonably priced. I can't recommend Clyde and Golden Sports Massage strongly enough.

Clyde is a magician. I wasn’t able to get to him for a few weeks recently (due to my schedule) and I was feeling like I needed to get to him like I needed a cigarette! I get immediate and lasting relief! My neck gets so irritable at my desk job plus pain from a recent shoulder injury and working with him has had a dramatic effect on my quality of life. This is no typical massage, this is body work and he is a master of his craft. He tackles my neck pain holistically by focusing on problems with the posterior chain, shoulders, hips, and beyond. Clyde has been a valuable addition to my wellness efforts. I try to workout regularly and still participate in adult baseball, often getting dinged up a bit. He has worked on a number of injuries as well as coached me on better ways to take care of my body. Clyde's approach is no nonsense, address the issues and get you back in action as soon as possible. I have had the opportunity to work with a number of therapists and find his techniques to be great and beneficial. Additionally I sent my daughter to him for some treatments with a positive outcome. I highly recommend Clyde to anyone looking to improve your wellness or trying to recover from an injury.
