Maria is a magical massage therapist. With her heart of gold, she is the only one I trust to work on all the layers of my body - energetic, physical, spiritual. We moved out of town, but cannot wait to go back whenever we are in town again!

Nature and BodyWork Therapies include integrative somatic healing arts sessions for pre/post natal, injury rehabilitation, stress management, and self care. Guided eco wellness walks along the Colorado front range are arranged for small groups, civic organizations and individuals seeking to experience the benefits of prolonged time in nature for mental and physical health. This nature immersion experience is led by certified Forest Therapy Guides in parks, arboretums, natural open spaces, forests and local parks.
