Get the service price in writing beforehand! Yesterday, I was quoted $35 for a mani/pedi for my 3-year-old granddaughter at this Cherry Creek salon. The manicurist was very nice and patient with my granddaughter. When I went to pay, suddenly the price was $45. I said you quoted me $35; they said they were sorry but the woman at the desk quoted the wrong amount. Not my problem as I see it. The woman even admitted quoting the wrong amount. I believe they call that a "bait and switch" -- not ethical, probably illegal. I had already given them extra cash so I could give a tip when they returned change for $45 instead of $35 -- they had my extra $10 and were not going to give it back. Had they told me upfront that it was $45, I would have balked and said ok. I ended up stiffing the manicurist (which I feel bad about) but I was so mad I wasn't going to give this salon another dime. I hope the extra $$ was worth all the negative reviews I'm going to give them.Service: Kids' manicures

I was a walk in and service was immediate. Erika took great care of me with a thorough nail trim, file, and polish change. Large variety of OPI and essi colors including brand new on trend selections. Will return for sure.

The reason I didn't give 1 star is because the man that did my nails was nice and accommodating. I always get SNS/Dip powder every time I go to a nail salon, and I occasionally get designs. I wanted a design, which was only a French tip in a V shape. The lady, who I'm assuming is the owner, was rude and said they do not do any kind of designs at all! I've never been to a nail salon that doesn't do designs, that was really odd!It also took over 1 hour for them to remove my previous Dip polish, because they do not use power tools at all in this nail salon. It took so long to remove my previous polish due to the lack of tools, that I just settled for gel polish. It took 2 hours from the time I got there and the time my nails were finished. I really had high hopes for this nail place!Services: Dip powder

I came for a pedicure on my hour lunch. Im attending a wedding and only had this time to get one in before leaving. I let her know this and she spent 45 min cutting at my skin with her cuticle cutters , no filing, no massage and barely had time to do polish. I was still charged for a service I never received. But worse of all my toes are red, painful and have physical chucks missing. I will never recommend this place to anyone.Service: Pedicure

I had gel nails that only lasted 3 days .. very disappointing.. I have had them before that lasted weeks .. I guess it depends who does them .. I also got an infection from the pedicure. It’s very hit or miss at this salon.. it’s close to where I live but I think I’m done with them .Services: Manicure

I gave this place 3 stars instead of zero because the pedicure was pretty decent.... Not the best ever but definitely not the worst. $60 for it. No drinks offered at all (not water or alcohol). When I was in the bathroom, the scheduling lady started to harass (a term I do not use loosely) my teenage cousin about the appointment. I guess there was a confusion about one person instead of 2 people for the appointment. When I came out she very aggressively (not assertively) demanded why I made the appointment for one instead of two. I explained that there must have been a mix up and that I apologize, but if they cannot accommodate us I do not mind taking my business to one of the hundreds of other nail salons in town.....luckily the other workers were very kind and reasonable and said they could easily accommodate us. Granted, I don't know what else was said afterwards. However, from that point on they were very kind and accommodating. But for the price without any sort of beverage offered and the harassment, I will more than likely not choose to come here again. Not that I'm Boujee, but if you're going to be a shop in cherry creek with those prices.....act like it ?♀️
