Carrie is phenomenal! My experience at Wild Moon has been nothing short of amazing both times I’ve gone so far. Carrie’s significant massage experience and deep knowledge of the human body allows her to provide specialized and highly effective bodywork. She is so kind and compassionate as well and she makes it such a safe space to work through physical tension/pain as well an any emotional pain that surfaces when the physical body releases. I will be highly recommending her to anyone who asks me where to seek massage therapy in the future!
Stepping into Wild Moon, you can’t help but be relaxed by the aura of tranquility. The low-lit space is very inviting and calming. Before you begin, Carrie sits with you and asks about your concerns and what you’d like to focus on.
I have a sports injury and she was mindful of it, even cupping the area for blood flow. The CBD cream she used was heavenly and made it feel like a zen spa experience. I prefer deep tissue massage and Carrie worked all the muscles from head to foot, finding those hidden knotty spots. This has been one of the most pleasurable and fruitful massages I’ve ever received.
Working manual labor jobs most my life and with the airlines for years I have been searching for someone with experience and the ability to work on the areas where overuse from work leaves a body in pain. What a blessing to find Carrie. Her professionalism and humility mixed with a safe and comfortable setting was topped off with a cold water bottle and a bowl of chocolate s in which I gladly enjoyed a truffle:). What a treat to finally find a massage therapist who listens well and then applies relief with a skill you could only expect from her 20 years experience.
