The front desk staff are always friendly. Dr. Garscadden is fabulous. He was a godsend to my family over 20 years ago and he is my children's pediatrician. My daughter loves going to see the doctor and she has no fear of going to her appointments.

Highly DON'T recommend this place for your care. I have avoided seeing a doctor for many years, as my experience has not been great. I wished I had read some of the reviews before selecting the East OPTUM clinic site for my care. I concur with the previous reviews, after experienceing service first hand. The doctor I was seen by was outstanding. Penny at the front desk of Optum was extremely helpful and personable. The lady , no name given, at the front desk to Dr. waiting area was very kind and communicated actions well. The doctors here are amazing. However, the people who answer the phones are THE RUDEST people EVER. I have never had a singular semi-respectful person answer the phone here. As someone who worked in customer service a lot, I am ALWAYS respectful and overly nice. So I can assure there is no reason I should be receiving the amount of attitude these ladies have.
