I have a kitchen drain that clogs up every few years and I’ve had Mr. Rooter come out and fix that for me. I thought I’d try somebody else this time that advertised a $65 charge for drain cleaning. That was a mistake. When the guy got here and saw that it was just a kitchen drain (a secondary line) and not a main line, and he gave me a price of over $200, saying that the $65 charge was only for main lines. I sent him on his way and immediately called Mr. Rooter. George, their technician, came out promptly and had my issue fixed within 15 minutes… that included bringing his equipment in and out.
