I began going to this nail salon and liked it at first, but have recently switched to a new place. The owners are great, but it takes twice as long as it should to get your nails done because the nail people will do two customers at once (even when you had a reservation). I was in the middle of getting my nails done and the owner interrupted to have my nail person start someone else. She said no and was very upset because it made it very uncomfortable for her. I told her thank you because we don’t like it when they do two customers at once. It takes longer and is unprofessional. BEST SPA EVER! I will never go anywhere else. Everyone is so kind and hospitable. Their work is outstanding and they keep their spa clean. Everyone is friendly and takes such good care of you! I love their dip manicures, pedicures, and waxing.

Fantastic service. I have tried multiple locations in Colorado Springs since moving here from LA. Until tonight, I have been sadly disappointed. They did a phenomenal job. They’re also very kind people. I don’t suggest going in with a bad attitude because they are the sweetest people. They’re busy! You will have to make an appointment in advance. It’s well worth it though! I will be back!!
