Erica is simply the best. I could go on and on about her and her facials. Her studio is one of my happy places-truly. She is so amazing at giving facials, helping me relax and she is always the best to talk to. She goes above and beyond and makes your facial more of an entire experience. You leave feeling like you just spent time with a friend. I walk out of there feeling so much calmer, rejuvenated and my skin is glowing. I went consistently leading up to my wedding and my skin has never looked so great- entirely because of Erica. You have to go to her!!!

Charged a $10 "rescheduling" fee twice despite the portal only citing cancellation fees. The excuse? "Rescheduling and cancellation are the same," all for "esthetician's convenience." Absurd and misleading. Their blatant disregard for transparency and fairness is unacceptable. Won't be returning and recommend you avoid them too.

I had a fantastic derma pen treatment with Erica. Her space is beautiful, super clean, and relaxing. I now understand why she's in such high demand--she knows her stuff. When I had a similar treatment at another place I felt like they hacked my skin up and sent me on my way. It was a completely different experience with Erica. My skin is glowing and refreshed. Can't recommend highly her enough.
