Amy is highly trained, extremely professional and loaded with knowledgeable as a personal trainer. She had the ability to adjust my routine to fit my needs and continue to help me past some of my physical limitations. She knows what she is doing! I was impressed by her expertise in instruction regarding proper form in lifting or specific movements. She is personable, encouraging and supportive! Thank you Amy for all you do!

Amy is the best! I've seen so much progress in my running since I started working with her compared to when I was training with cookie-cutter plans and apps I purchased online. I'm faster, stronger, and seemingly less injury prone. She pushes me to do harder workouts than I would attempt if I were still solo training (which is paying off)! Highly recommend!
