The doctor office didn’t notify us they only have a 5 minute late grace period. I was running late due to traffic, showed up to my appt 7 minutes late, and they wouldn’t see us. Every doctor office I’ve been to has a 15 minute grace period. So frustrating.

If you have problems with the ppl at the lab when confronted video tape them and show it to their supervisor so done with the attitudes you're not a nurse not even an LVN you're just a phlebotomist a 6 week corse after a quick crash corse as an MA . You're not magic you're not a doctor.

This review is specifically for the Covid vaccination program in building B. I have only good things to say about the way this Sutter is managing vaccinations. Appointments are made through the patient portal. There's no waiting when you arrive and ample parking. There is a specific entrance and separate entrance which feels very safe. When you enter (with a mask) you're asked some screening questions and asked to sit socially distanced in the hallway.
