I called Capella Air Conditioning and Heating company to come out and give my husband and I an estimate for a new wall heater because the gas company had red tagged the old heater in the bedroom. I have to say, the technician, Derrick who came out was an amazing young gentleman. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very kind and respectful. Although my husband and I have not made a decision to use the company because we are getting a couple more estimates before making a decision. I had a really good experience with Capella. They came to repair my AC and they did a great job. The technician was polite and very personable. He was able to do my repair the same day. I needed a part replaced and I was afraid that was going to take additional time but they managed to get me what I needed right away. I highly recommend them. I was up and running in no time and given how hot it's been I'm so grateful for that. They deserve a 10 out of 10. The service was excellent and beyond my expectations.

I had to have my entire system replaced. We had the same unit since we bought the house and it had finally just kicked the bucket. I got a few bids on the replacement because I wanted to make sure I was getting the best price. I actually ended up going with Capella even though there was one company that was cheaper Capella was the most professional and gave us a very clear and detailed quote so I went with my gut and hired them. It was a great choice because they were honest, hard working, and did a wonderful job on the replacement. I have zero complaints about the work they did. I am so happy that I chose Capella. Our new unit has been working perfectly. Thank you guys!
