A last minute decision for me to FLOAT. I have a debilitating pain disease, and my pain was at an 8. This is the first time in over 6 years that I was completely pain free. Completely!!!! How is that possible? Pain is slowing returning..An hour later am at a 2. Jane, the owner was kind, and knowledgeable. Her studio was clean and well appointed. And my session was very affordable! I will go back at least once a week. Maybe a few times a week. Thank you!!!
I have wanted to try floating for decades except I was nervous to get into a coffin like pod. I was thrilled when I saw that Petrichor have huge roomy tubs - no worries of confinement. My experience each time is so peaceful, and meditative and healing. I always leave feeling calm and faithful - the float is truly restorative to a higher level of calm and peace. My highest recommendation- the staff are informative and helpful.
Stopped by today and did a tour of the center I was surprised at how big the float tanks were. They looked like a family size bath tub. The place is still under construction. The owner, Jane, said that it should be open in about ten days. The therapy rooms were large, and the place looks like it is going to be really nice. She has some finish work to do but what she has done so far is looking really good. I can't wait till the place is open. I have heard some really good things about floating and I can't wait to give it a try.
