Kate is hands down (no pun intended) the best masseuse I know! She brings the perfect blend of art and science to her craft - tailoring each session to exactly what the body needs on the fly while using deft technique and ample pressure. I've been going to Kate for nearly 3 years now and can't recommend her enough. Treat yourself to a full body, 90 minute deep tissue massage (my go-to) and experience the magic first-hand, err hands (pun intended)
I've been seeing Kate once a month for massages for two years. She helps me on so many levels - great therapeutic massages to help me with stress, sore muscles, neck and shoulder pain, poor posture issues. Her massages are wonderful and healing. I leave feeling revived and relaxed. Kate has deep knowledge of massage therapy and more. I consider her part of my routine for self care. Kate also offers facials which are wonderful!
Would highly recommend Kate. Not only does she give a great massage, I like how she educates me on what she's doing and why. I definitely leave each session feeling much better than when I walk in. My husband and I see Kate regularly.
