    This salon and especially the owner, Nikki Nicoletto- Christie was highly recommended by multiple people as I was looking for an expert stylist to help me find the best way to lighten my dark hair color as well as a hairstyle that is flattering for me. Nikki was absolutely fantastic as she genuinely listened to what my thoughts and ideas were for my hair. It was so clear that she truly cares about her clients and bases her plan on true expertise and experience. I will continue to visit this salon (especially Nikki!) and will recommend this salon to all of my friends!

    It is difficult for me to get a haircut. I have had more than a few bad experiences. What a difference this experience was! From the moment I met Nikki, I knew I was in good hands. She answered my questions honestly and with kindness. Gave me great advice my hair... told me she was going to cut a couple inches and did that.. Not like the many stylists that have said to me "Oh, I'll just cut 1/2 an inch." Four inches later you don't recognize yourself. They carry high quality products. The Hair lLounge is a clean and lovely place with several wonderful stylists. Give them a try. I can personally vouch for Nikki, she's the owner. Go here - great experience.

    Stylist double booked and tried to blame me twice for her mistake, which I find inexcusable. I texted her the day before to confirm and she ignored my confirmation. Would it have been so hard to let me know she double booked the day before? To this day all I've gotten is a "sorry for the mixup". There wasn't a mix up, I was ignored. It's two stars instead of one because the owner did try to fix the issue, but without an apology from the stylist and for the stylists behavior I am just not interested.
