I just want to say that Thomas Green of Green's Property Inspections is simply the best at what he does! He arrived early and was so thorough with everything. He brought a drone to also inspect the roof, and was very detailed in inspecting things I wouldn't have thought of. He pointed out things that we later conveyed to the seller/realtor and they were fixed promptly. He definitely knows what to look for and gave us peace of mind in the purchase of our new home. His very detailed report was excellent and made readily available to us. His cost was also very reasonable and worth every penny. He is a professional and more than kind.
