This review is long overdue... I've gone to this place quite a few times to get my hair cut and every time I do they do a fantastic job. The people are very personable and easy to talk to. As regards the the other review, I think he jumped to conclusions. Only the guy there smokes and he's not a j*** about it. So whoever the two punks were sitting on his car, they couldn't have been from Hair Stop. Again, a great place to go if you want to look good.
