We were stuck in what could have been a nightmare situation. Our fuel pump had gone bad on our 2015 Freightliner. The gears on our pump had ground down, putting metal shavings into our fuel and clogging our filters. We were on a Reefer load that had to be -10 degrees as well. This shop knew how to connect the fuel to the reefer so the trucks fuel lines and tanks could be flushed and the issue repaired and still run the reefer unit. They saved our load. They are very honest, fair, and efficient which has never been our luck when broken down in California. Very good service, correct people and very helpful, on a bad day for us. We were stuck on bad weather on the side of the road in Stockton Ca. Walk in service requesting technician to scan ECU on my RV and discover codes for cooling issue. Team was amenable to assisting and provided quick quality service. Although the issue wasn’t something I had repaired I believe if I had time American truck and trailer would’ve been able to fix my issue. Great quality service good honest people.
