Well, my experience with this company is not extensive but it is kind of thorough. They fixed a problem in my sinks and fixed a u-joint. I paid but then months later I got a bill. What I respect about this company is that we were able to resolve the bill in a mutually respectable way so that all parties came out ahead. I figure there will always be some sort of problem or difficulty if you live long enough with this and that but the ability to resolve things to everyone's satisfaction is a nice thing indeed. Oh, my drains are still working so everything is actually really good and I would totes use them again.

My disposal has been broken on my kitchen sink for a while (it was 18 years old, and Jeff had initially installed it) and I finally decided it was time to get it replaced after it started leaking. He came out soon after I called to replace it, kept in great communication with me about when he'd be arriving, and got it done faster than he said he would. He was transparent about the pricing, and I feel the price was more than reasonable for the quality of work. He's made a point every time he's come out to give me tips and tricks for plumbing around the house, checked on the water heater and gave me a good estimate for getting that replaced, and even checked on another...read full review
