I believe using a local small company is always beneficial over a big company. I felt like I was cared for and in good hands the entire process. Excellent service, very responsive, and a very reasonable price on top of that. We had called other plumbers that could not source parts and wanted to tear out and replace the plumbing to fix a tub faucet leak. Fearing thousands of $$ of work impending we called Frati Plumbing for a second opinion...and I laughed when he pulled the parts to fix the leak out of his truck, and fixed us up in time for lunch. I reached out to Mark in the morning and he was miraculously able to come out that afternoon and fix the backup in my shower drain. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Going on 4 years now. Back in 2019 we did a remodel. Our contractor contacted his plumber Mark to install plumbing and a garbage disposal under kitchen sink. He was polite and professional. Going forward, when our hot water heater stopped working because of age, he told us which one to order, we picked it up and he squeezed us in that evening. Hot water was back!Currently, we have called him back to tackle our hot water heater in our trailer. He has kept us updated with parts and what to order. I will update review when done.
