I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, well even when I called to book the appointment, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The entire team provided exceptional customer service--friendly, professional, and attentive. I especially want to highlight Diana for her incredible Botox work. Her technique was gentle and precise, and I barely felt a thing! And I've had Botox for years by many RN and doctors. The results look natural and smooth--exceeded what I was hoping for. I am so happy with Cool Sculpting. I want to share my experience so that others could benefit as I did from this quick painless treatment. A couple of years ago I went to Rejuvenate MediSpa with some stubborn fat that I couldn't get rid of through exercise. Cool sculpting was recommended for me based on my needs. The experience lasted about 40 minutes and was not painful. The only effect I felt was a small amount of suction on the fat that was being frozen away. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth from the staff. The whole process went smoothly and they made me feel so comfortable like we had been friends for years. Diana did my filler and she was so informative with every step she took. She was super careful and checked in with me every so often to make sure I was good. I highly recommend Diana! She's the best!! I am soooo happy with my results.
