Fuse HVAC showed up on time. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and he diagnosed our fridge problem. After he was able to get the required replacement part he came and fixed it- he was quick, courteous and very professional.. Thank you!
My furnace wasn't providing any heat whenever it went to stage 2 heating and it was awful at night because if it skips stage 1 and stage 2 came on, it would just get colder and colder and I'd wake up freezing adjusting the temperature up 1 degree at a time. Paul and Ilya from Fuse figured out the issue with some poking around and narrowed it to either a faulty gas valve or a control board issue. The gas valve was cheaper to replace so we tried that first with fingers crossed and it turned out to be the right guess! Problem solved and no more cold nights!
