I would like to make a complaint about my visit today.
After my X-ray, I waited for about two hours for the doctor to come, but no one gave me any update. After waiting this long, a nurse informed me that the doctor had already left because the doctor was not feeling well.
Waiting for two hours without any communication was very frustrating, and I would appreciate better coordination and communication with patients in the future.

save your self time and find a different dentist this place is horrible. The last 2 times I’ve come in they’ve told me my appointment has been rescheduled but I was never called or emailed or anything . They are super uncoordinated and every single time I’ve been here It takes hours I’ve missed work because of this, I get here and wait at least an hour to be taken back and once they take me back the staff just leaves me sitting there for another hour if not longer they are very unprofessional here and inconsiderate of peoples time.

THIS PLACE SUCKS IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD. Everytime i come they reschedule my appointment for no reason and then wait 3-4 hours and they waste my time and make me pay monthly for services that im not even receiving because their doctors are either not there or bc they reschedule and they don’t even call or email you to notify you. make me waste money on gas, time, and calling off work for this. don’t come here pls guys u will waste sm money time and stress. The staff is so uncoordinated, uncommunicative and unprofessional .

I had an appt for 10:30am. It is 12:05 and I have not been seen. I got here before many of the ppl in this waiting room and they are still being called before me. What is the point of an appointment. When I asked. I was told 2 more ppl are ahead of me. 2 ppl that had appts after me. On top of that she said she could reschedule me for a different day. Are you kidding me! So I can wait 2 more hours to be seen? Some of us need to be at our jobs hence why we make an appointment. Waste of time! Don't waste your time!

Waited for a long time despite appointment time. I should have read the reviews as the majority of them were right. Once they called me in for my appointment, they had to do the X-rays and it was nearly impossible to get those done right unless you have a mouth the size of a bowl. After that, I had to wait 30 to 45 more mins just for the dentist to do a quick check-up. For some reason, they didn't want to do any cleaning (even though I had requested that to be part of the appointment), they only checked my teeth and then quoted me $1000+ to fill 4 cavities.
The whole experience could have been done in 20 mins, but it dragged on for 2 hours when you include the double waiting times of 30 to 45 mins before and in the middle of the appointment. They're also likely scheduling me to come back for cleaning so they can charge me an office visit fee that would have been covered in the first visit with insurance.

Very bad you make an appointment for such an hour and they attend you two hours later and firsthand they are definitely not very friendly if you have the opportunity to miss attending here it would be the best thing you can do😵💫
