I needed a lock repaired, and when I contacted ESP, I got a call back within 2 minutes. Kyle came out to do the repair in about 15 minutes! He fixed the lock and another lock that wasn't functioning properly. He was done in about 20 minutes. Everything works great! I think it was a reasonable price.

We went in for 2 new keys to be cut Quick efficient friendly Also spoke to somebody on the phone before we arrived, and they gave us a guesstimate of the cost, which was accurate.and reasonable Everything straightforward and transparent definitely will use again

After putting together a request on Yelp, they sent me several different companies. ESP Locksmith was one of them and they responded by telling me that they are located in Santa Barbara and do not service the Ventura area. I thought it would be helpful to have this in the reviews for anyone else that is looking.
