One name: Donald. He's a shaman of neck and back massage. After an awful experience getting stranded in an airport, exhaustion, tray-table neck and backpack shoulders I was back at the airport 24 later for a work flight. I couldn't stand the thought of being on flights all day again so I went to XpresSpa. Donald is a healer - he worked hard on every knot. The prices are understandably high bc they're an airport concession - don't assume that goes to the therapist - tip well. I think these airlines that eff up flights should ALSO hand out vouchers to this place.

10/10 would go again and recommend. I had an extra long layover and decided to go here to kill some time. Behin did an amazing job on my nails. Probably one of the best mani-pedis I've ever had.
