Well, after almost six months with Team Logic as our IT support, they have been an extremely cohesive unit always promptly addressing our issues with clever solutions - we have seen a dramatic falloff in our computer/server/printer problems and associated downtime and gratefully look to even smoother sailing moving forward!
We switched to TeamLogic IT in Oct 2020. I couldn’t be happier with TLIT after frustrating hours and poor outcomes with our prior managed service provider. The thoroughness, professionalism, and proper approach to getting things down right instead of quickly has been a breath of fresh air. It’s easier to put a patch in place and close a help desk ticket but TLIT really cares and puts the extra effort into fixing a problem properly.
