Carlos Reyes designed, fabricated, and installed new wrought iron railings for the interior of our home. He used only the best quality materials (no hollow components) and created a custom finish. We got four quotes for this job, and Carlos had the best price, PLUS he had the most reasonable fabrication and installation timeline. In fact, he completed the job ahead of schedule. Prior to signing the contract, he invited me to his shop to see the specific components he would use and how our railings would be made. After installation, he came back to inspect the job and recommended that he come back a third time to ever-so-slightly soften the custom patina finish in certain places. I appreciate his commitment and attention to detail even AFTER the bill is paid. This is a family-run business, and they take pride in their work. Carlos and his wife Gabriela are professional and responsive. Carlos provided frequent updates throughout the process. I was so pleased with the result, I contracted with him again to design and fabricate a custom wrought iron dining room table base. No surprise, the final product was beautiful! I HIGHLY recommend Reyes Ornamental Iron!

I contacted Reyes Ornamental for stair railings, and railings for my kitchen area. Carlos was amazing to work with. He is incredibly passionate about his work. He gave my husband and I a competitive quote. We signed with him and he was able to finish the work in his promised timeline. The railings were exactly what I wanted. He was so easy to work with and was very communicative. After the initial project was done, there was a railing i forgot i needed for a walkway to my family room. I texted Carlos and he had no problem getting the job done immediately for me! It was so nice that he was able to get something turned around so quickly. Called and talked to the owner regarding getting some rod iron fencing done. They requested pictures of the area & a drawings of what I wanted. They said that they would send me an estimate for the work to be completed. I waited a few days and nothing. I texted the owner Carlos and he said he can't give me an estimate and that he would have to come by & look & take measurements. We set up an appointment for a few days out and the morning of the appointment Carlos called and said he was too busy with a few installations that day and he could not make it. He said he would call around 12:00 pm that same day and no phone call. I texted him two times asking him if he still was interested in providing me an estimate and I got no response. I guess he doesn't need my business. Extremely rude to cancel our appointment and to not reach out to schedule another one.

We remodel our backyard and needed a rail for our staircase. I contacted Carlos and started the process with his wife Gabriela by sending some photos of our stairs and measurements. Gabriela is so sweet and so easy to communicate with, we were able to get exactly what I wanted through a few emails and phone call. She suggested designs that works with our budget and the entire process was a breeze. Carlos came out to measure the stairs and from there we scheduled the next appointment where his crew comes out to do a model to take back to the warehouse and start the custom iron work. 3 weeks later our rail was completed and Carlos team came out to install it. The rail was more beautiful in person than what I've imagined and seen in photos. The iron work is just beautiful and material is top notch. Carlos and my husband communicate throughout the entire process where I just worked with Gabriela for the initial process and the design. Husband and I are both so impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. Carlos and Gabriela are just kind, sweet and truly so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend their company and their work speaks for itself. Would love to use them again in the future when we remodel our indoor staircase. Thank you Carlos and Gabriela!

Great work by a master craftsman. Carlos Reyes is the man you want when you need a new or replacement iron gate and/or iron fence. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and on-the-job problem solving are heads and shoulders above other professional wrought iron craftsmen. The gate and fence we hired him to build and install began with challenges due to the hinge side of the gate needing to be attached to a very short planter wall, while the latch side of the gate is at the end of a typical 5' block at stucco patio wall. (See photos) Mr. Reyes found a solution to short wall challenge; he built secure braces for the hinge post and made it all look beautiful. His employees are also quite skilled in welding, carpentry and masonry. They are neat, and will leave the job site cleaner than how they found it. We recommended him to our neighbors, who wanted a new iron gate, and they love him too. We highly recommend Reyes Ornamental Iron for your gate and fence needs.

* This company has great customer service, they did delay a estimate a bit, I had to reach out again to remind them I was waiting for a estimate they said would be submitted within 2 days. * Good communication overall and follow up. * Both Carlos & Gabriela are very friendly. * Did not work with them as they were way beyond our budget no I don't agree with some reviews here regarding reasonable rates, their rates are pricey in my personal opinion we got a estimate for close to $15,00 for two 12.5 Wide Iron doors, will look into vinyl instead, Thank you !!
