They do gentle adjustments instead of heavily cracking and popping your joints. Great for sensitive folks and seniors. Dr. Kris helped alleviate my low back pain (sciatica) by showing me feet exercises to strengthen my arch. After doing my arch exercises for just 3 days, my knee was back in alignment and my low back pain was gone! Dr. Sasha adjusted my right knee to alleviate my knee pain. She also adjusted my jaw so now I don’t clench at night!

From day one, Dr. Kris and Dr. Sasha have been really invested in making sure my body is healing the best it can. They’ve thoroughly explained how the upper neck is supposed to function and what is preventing it from being 100%. After a few months, I’ve noticed an improvement in my range of motion in my neck. I’m also learning how stress and poor posture can have a profound effect on pain and neuro symptoms. Highly recommend for spinal care!

Have been searching far and wide for a chiropractic office that is competent, has positive energy and also a good bedside manner.Kris and Sasha started with an intake, X-ray and initial diagnosis. Since then, they've isolated the areas of the body where adjustments are needed. I finally feel on a road of progress rather than one of despair.As a natural born skeptic and having almost zero knowledge of chiropractic care, Kris and Sasha helped put my initial reservations and concerns at ease. Their work is much more subtle than your standard crack and you're done type of chiropractor. As the old saying goes, it's a marathon not a sprint.Another thing I appreciate is they ask for feedback and genuinely take it to heart. We're all people growing and learning on this journey of life. I’m very grateful for my time as a patient of Dr Kris & Dr Sasha! They have been incredible (and thorough) in assessing & treating my long history of spinal injuries & symptoms. Infinite Life Chiropractic is absolutely AMAZING! Love this place! I came in with neck pain and stiffness and jaw problems from getting adjusted at my previous chiropractor. I have been holding my neck alignment since the first adjustment and I remember it feeling so much better after. They are super helpful and friendly and will not over adjust you when you don't need it. I love how honest they are and how accurate the imaging and cbct scans are. I also love resting on the zero gravity chair after the adjustments, it is so relaxing. I used to throw my left foot out when I walked but after the first adjustment by dr Kris, I've been walking straight and balanced. Can't wait for my muscles to stay in alignment and balanced as I continue!The posture assessment is so helpful as well. Everything is very clear from the consultation to each adjustment. I love how the whole staff cares and listens. Blessed to have found this place.
