Went in to have some dots on my scalp looked at (same day appointment, which is fantastic) - turned out to be nothing, but the kind and thoughtful PA found an unrelated, suspect mole. She took a biopsy right then without me having to make a separate appointment. Very professional, efficient, and warm folks here, and I’m thankful for them.
I highly recommend this dermatology office! They were able to see my daughter within 24 hours of me calling to schedule an appointment and after seeing 4 other doctors about my daughters issue and being dismissed and misdiagnosed each time, doctor Ting was knowledgeable enough to give me answers and refer me out to an appropriate specialist. I am extremely grateful to doctor Ting and his staff, they have given my family some much needed peace of mind and the ability to get my daughter the treatment she needs. Also** they are super efficient, I didn’t wait more than 1 minute for the doctor to see her.
Visited for routine skin cancer screening. Easy to schedule online, check-in in office (scanned drivers license and insurance card), very little wait time and never felt rushed.PA Mary and her assistant Emily put me at ease, asked after my concerns and explained everything. Very thorough and very efficient. Look forward to returning again next year.
