what a disappointing experience. I was given a gift card for a mani- pedi, I walked in and instead of even saying hello, a woman barked at me to "pick a color". I smiled, said hello anyways and she didn't respond. I felt as if I was putting her out by having an appointment at her salon! the woman who did my pedicure did a crummy job. So little care in doing a good job. The manicure was fine, but again she seemed annoyed with having to do my nails! What a miserable crew !

My favorite nail spa in Marin County! They know what to do, so don't tell them what to do, or they may lunge forward and clip a nail too deep. These ladies are nothing to play with

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a nail salon and I found it today. I was in the area and stopped by to see if I could be a walk in for the day. I was with my last salon for 19 years and I hated to leave her but I found a great replacement here at La Rose. I was treated with kindness by Tiffany and Sam who both worked on my nails. Great ladies and very cordial. And I'll refer people to her if asked about a salon. I had a pedicure and mini mani done and it felt so good to get both done. I will call for an appointment next month but I'm definitely going back to see Tiffany. Thank you ladies.....Brenda B.

They don’t have good customer service skills, and they don’t try and communicate with you about what you came in for. I called in for a mani and pedi they only had time for a pedicure. The pedicure wasn’t very good for the price I payed. I got no scrub or message and she didn’t do a very good job at just cleaning my nails or feet which is what I expected when getting my nails done. I won’t be going back.

Have to be honest. Was so happy to find La Rose because I like the accupressure place next door. However, I've never had had a pedicure last only ONE week and my manicure gel mani barely made it to its usual two weeks (which is unpredictable of course). Nice people. Maybe I'd try again but not happy with the resultant
