From beginning to end my experience with Alison and Inner Horizon Wellness was completely amazing. The booking process was simple. When I booked I was given a thorough assessment to complete along with detailed directions on how to park and get to the office, which made everything leading up to my appointment a breeze. At my massage appointment Alison went over my assessment, what I was looking to get out of my massage and specifics on things like what kind of pressure I prefer and where I felt the most pain/tension. Alison is an amazing massage therapist. She creates a warm, relaxing, environment while getting out all my pesky knots. Her approach is very knowledgeable, and she does not push any alternative therapies like supplements or cupping. Highly recommend!
Alison is an experienced, compassionate and well-educated massage therapist. I appreciate her thorough intake process, that she checks in during the massage to see how I am feeling, and that afterwards she offers advice for self care, if desired. I have been to Alison for both relaxation and therapeutic massages, and she excells at both. I have referred many friends to Alison, and every one has commented about her skill and personality. I highly recommend Alison to anyone wanting a high quality massage in a comforting environment.
